Spoiler:
Shinji Kishimiso (finished) 56cb1606c397332fcc7dcb3fd2391665
Name: Shinji Phantom Kishimiso
Age: 16 (looks 13)
Rank: S-rank missing nin (actually innocent)
Shinji Kishimiso (finished) Deidara-headband1
Gender: Male
Height: ???
Weight: ??? (very light)

Appearance(picture or description or both):
Shinji Kishimiso (finished) Anime-guy
She's so beautiful....no...that's a boy!

In kimonos you could hardly tell that Shinji is a boy. Actually almost everything he wears can mistaken him for a girl. Be it dressy clothing, rags covered in soot, kimonos, it's almost a curse for somebody like him to look like this. First of all what do you think of when defining skinny? Shinji surpasses the need of being thin and is actually forced to eat more from the nothing he hangs out with. (you will know what the nothing is when we get there) The boy is always pale and fragile looking, almost like a bird. It seems anything could break him. Not exactly. Under the fragile look is the strength of a tiger and the speed of a cheetah! He is the ideal form of pale, equally pale as uchihas. It looks almost white in black clothing, and ghost like under moonlight. Kinda adds to his ghost like nature eh? His eyes are black as is his hair. They are almond shaped and seem to have slight shadow on the bottom, almost like he wore eyeshadow although this isn't true. His hair is a little messy but is generally straight. The bangs tend to get in his eyes...Being the type to dress in 'gothic' outfits or even kimonos he has the problem of choosing outfits too expensive for him. During travels that are too harsh for the expensive clothes he generally wears a long cape and top hat. It suits him.

Personality:

Who are you calling insane?
At first conversation, Shinji sounds like he may be insane. Constantly reffering to somebody named Asagi and acting as if that person were with him, it sounds like he's been the victim of madness. But that isn't true. They just can't see the nothing like he can. The nothing's name is Asagi, and since Shinji has the phantom eye he can see her even when she isn't making herself visible. If she made herself visible then he wouldn't be called crazy, but maybe a freak for hanging out with something that looks like a ghost. Unfortunately Asagi is shy...

Besides that fact Shinji is a calm person with a cunningness of a fox. Most people can't slip past him if he finds them suspicious. He still acts like a child, not helping his youthful look. (I sounded like Gai there) Shinji is usually found being a detective to everything and is totally different from other S-rank missing nins. Hey, he is innocent really. Just really misunderstood from his past! Acting polite but sometimes snarky he can be seen as nothing but a child in heart. Even if he's actually 16 years old....

Element: All. Only knows air for now.

Taijutsu:

Academy Jutsus
-Rope ecapement technique: A basic technique where the user can untie themselves with chakra
-Chakra enhancing punches and kicks: Chakra makes these moves even deadlier.
-Lockpicking: Essential to every ninja, user can use objects like keys and toothpicks to open up stuff.
-Chakra jump: Heightens jump for better attacks.
-Chakra concentration: Otherwise known as water walking or tree walking, the user can focus chakra and cling to liquid and solid. Sometimes even air...
-Glide: A basic technique so the user can temporarily float in the air or fly above others.
-Body flicker: The art of substitution can teleport a user or save them from injury in battle. If conbined with a nobody's chakra the user can leave an area and go to a location up to 20 miles away.

Capoeira
An Afro-Brazilian art form that makes a ritual of movements from
martial arts, games, and dance. It was brought to Brazil from Angola
some time after the 16th century in the regions known as Bahia,
Pernambuco and Rio de Janeiro. Participants form a roda, or circle, and
take turns either playing musical instruments (such as the Berimbau),
singing, or ritually sparring in pairs in the center of the circle. The
game is marked by fluid acrobatic play, feints, and extensive use of
sweeps, kicks, and headbutts. Less frequently used techniques include
elbow strikes, slaps, punches, and body throws. Its origins and purpose
are a matter of debate, with the spectrum of argument ranging from
views of Capoeira as a uniquely Brazilian folk dance with improvised
fighting movements to claims that it is a battle-ready fighting form
directly descended from ancient African techniques.

Ginga (not fully learned...Needs the nobody to help him with it. )
The ginga (pronounced jinga; literally: rocking back and forth; to
swing) is the fundamental movement in capoeira. Capoeira Angola and
capoeira regional have distinctive forms of this movement. In Angola,
ginga is a very free and individualistic, while in regional is very
structured but own style is still allowed. Both are accomplished by
maintaining both feet approximately shoulder-width apart and then
moving one foot backwards and then back to the base, describing a
triangular 'step' on the ground.
Ginga movement is done to prepare the body for other movements:
hiding, dodging, feinting and attacking. It puts a capoeiristas in
constant motion, making them a frustrating target for an opponent.
The rest of the body is also involved in the ginga:
coordination of the arms (in such a way as to prevent the body from
being kicked), torso (many core muscles may be engaged depending on the
player's style), and the leaning of the body (forward and back in
relation to the position of the feet; the body leans back to avoid
kicks, and forward to create opportunities to show attacks). The
overall movement should match the rhythm being played by the bateria.

Ninjutsu:

Academy Techniques
-Shadow clone jutsu (self explanatory)
-Multiple weapon clones (weapon form of Shadow clone)
-Transformation Jutsu
-Art to life (brings drawings to life but only used as a decoy cause they don't do anything)

Chakra Magnet
A telekinetic ability using chakra that could cause a material body to
draw close to the user. The greater the user's aptitude with this, the
heavier the object that could be pulled or the more wide arc or radius
of the chakra "wave". It could be used to pull weapons from enemies,
or, at higher levels of skill, the enemies themselves to be brought
closer to the user's range. This power was also very useful when a
chasm or hole lay between the user and the enemies. It could also be
used to pull foes to the ground.

Chakra Recovery (not so good at it)
Description: Using this jutsu a ninja can draw chakra from the
surrounding area and use it to refill their own. One must have precise
chakra control in order to draw out the chakra since it is not
concentrated in one location. While it is possible to refill a
substantail ammount of chakra using this jutsu it is also dangerous to
the enviroment you draw it from.

Medical Ninjutsu (still learning)
Mystical Palm Technique is a multipurpose technique that can heal
wounds and perform surgery. To heal with the ability, users collect
chakra to their hand to speed up cell regeneration wherever it is
applied. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to
make cuts where necessary, though because the blade is made of chakra
the flesh is never cut. This aspect of the ability can be used in
combat, though it requires great precision to be effective. When
utilized in combat it allows the user to sever their opponent's muscle
fibers or their chakra circulatory system at the point of contact.

Wind Trap
Using the wind element Shinji can trap his opponent in a globe of wind.
Anyone trying to penetrate the sphere from the outside or inside will
be cut by the rotating wind blades.

Genjutsu:
-Kai: The ability to release genjutsu and not be hurt. Doesn't work against Mangeyeko.

Strength: With Asagi, his jutsu can become much better, especially on chakra which is Asagi's speciality. Asagi can even turn Shinji into a nobody temporarily to hide him from ANBU. Asagi knows little jutsu though, but can copy the jutsu of Shinji whenever he is hurt so she can help him out. Asagi is unable to be hit unless she's solid, which must be done if she wants to hit somebody. Shinji is able to hide his feelings under a cold mask.

Weaknesses: Shinji is a mortal to injury, he can be killed. Most of his styles revolve around academy jutsu. Also anything that smells terrible knocks both Asagi and Shinji out...Asagi can go solid when fighting to land punches, but she is weak enough to be hit and sent flying into a wall. Asagi is also shy, so she doesn't usually show herself. Shinji has a weakness for apples and can be lured with the fruit.

Bio:
A nothing is a spiritual creature made from excess space. It is nothing more of a ghost to mere humans, but is considered a very intimidating spirit to demons who have met one. Most of them are angered that no people can notice them. People do not seem to have phantom eyes after all, which is supposed to let them be seen. Their chakra is non-existant, their bodies must be created by them if needed, they cannot be heard or felt....They must only rely on the phantom eye if they are to be found. Asagi is not angry, and was left alone in a cave that later went underground and turned into well where a shrine was placed.

The shrine belonged the Kishimiso family, who usually had advanced telekineases and made a fortune as spirit contacters. They settled in Iwagakure as a way to escape the leaf village which used them too much for their mind abilities. The family's shrine were glad to make the well, as they needed the water. Soon they established a good life in the rock village, but never knew about what dwelled in their well now. The nobody frequently called for help, but nobody could answer her.

When Shinji was born he had the phantom eye. It didn't develope until he was four, and as soon as that happened he found himself leading a different life than the rest. The ghosts that his family spoke of confused him, because he couldn't see the ghosts. He wasn't psychic, but he kept feeling a presence asking for his help. Finally he decided to visit the well where the source of the cries were heard. That was where he found Asagi...

At first Asagi didn't believe in trusting the boy, since his family had never heard her pleas and they had turned her cave into a well. But she could tell he was different, and soon they made a friendship. That friendship disturbed his parents, as they couldn't see or hear the girl but could see their son speaking to thin air. They began to worry of their son's mental stability and brought him to many mental doctors, and even some shrinks. But never did he show any real sign of insanity, until his 13th birthday...

He was playing with the nobody when he decided to protect her...for eternity. He told her he'd keep her safe forever and never let her be taken away. Asagi decided to grant him immortality, the only way he could be with her forever. But immortality always comes with a price. Without them knowing, his family died as they were setting up his birthday ceremony. One by one they either collapsed or died through fatal accidents. When it was time to start the ceremony Shinji walked in....to find his family dead. Gruesome corpses littering the scene, Shinji stepped in the blood, his fingerprints were added to the corpses and before he knew it, there was false evidence of murder. In fear he ran off, becoming an S-rank missing nin very quickly.

Now that most people believed he had murdered, Shinji and the nobody escaped into the lands. Asagi and Shinji trained desperately so that they'd be armed when the ANBU began their search. As they progressed the world became different and Shinji became the way he is now...A hopefull ending despite this tragic story.

Now leading a life of missing-nin and becoming a paranormal detective with his nobody, Shinji has turned 16 and has become known as the phantom, a character who is said to be able to go invisible without a trace...
