Do not make a jutsu of S-rank unless you are able to use S-rank jutsus (jounin or anbu). If you are a genin and you make a big time powerful jutsu it will not be approved. Also, if you are more used to taijutsu you are slower in doing ninjutsu and even more worse at genjutsu. A genjutsu/ninjutsu user is not as good at taijutsu either. Keep the character in mind as you make your jutsu.
