Running...or, escaping...

ooc:this is just after the lair was destroyed...
Orochimaru ran as hard as he could through the thick jungle surrounding Otogakure... His plans had been foiled by some punk with kyuubi and some pink haired medical freak. Had they not interfered... he would be walking with a much different face than now... So he ran...and ran, and ran until he collapsed from fatigue... just before he fell uncconscious, he saw a black and red cloak walking towards him.

ooc: Okay.....Nice job with the more than two word line! ^^ Keep it up!  
IC: Sasuke walked down the jungle bored. He knew he was a missing nin to this place now, but as long as he stayed as quiet as possible. The raven haired boy wore a black cloak, though it had no red unless someone counted the uchiha symbol on the back. Under the cloak was his regular black shirt, navy blue pants. As his sandals made small tracks in the ground, Sasuke's black eyes were set on the trail through the jungle.

It was then he felt a chakra signature which startled him. It was very familiar. Sasuke couldn;t remember it, so he decided to follow it. Jumping to a tree in the area, his eyes changed red and the symbols of the three-symboled sharingan switched on. He found the figure and jumped off the branch, landing in front of the unconcious man. Standing to full height now, he walked to the person and immediately recoiled.

Orochimaru???? The shinobi's eyes widened as he studied the snake being who had fallen. Approaching Orochimaru, he carefully checked to see if this was a trap. No traps. Sasuke narrowed his eyes. What was going on? He thought a moment. An idea met his mind. I guess I can go for interrogation.... He smirked and summoned up a cage around Orochimaru made of pure diamond and chakra barrier. All he had to do now was wait for the sannin to waken. 

Several hours later, Orochimaru woke in a daze he was facing away from sasuke and was quietly sick (literally) because of the extreme fatigue. he then turnedto see the figure outside of the cage. "WHAT THE HELL?! WHERE DID THIS GADDAMN CAGE COME FROM?!" Orochimaru was furious he attempted to kick out the bars but barely succeded in crackin a bar. He did however, break his leg in several places.

Sasuke stared to the frustrated and breaking Orochimaru and tilted his head slightly. He raised an eyebrow as he watched who he thought was the great sannin struggling in his cage. He blinked as he noticed Orochimaru was much more idiotic than he thought he was.

Maybe it's because of the fight....Or he just really suffered brain damage.....

Sasuke got up, his cloak hood making him unable to be recognized. He had his chakra hidden as well so Oro wouldn't recognize him at all. Sasuke blinked, turning his sharingans off and using his chakra to make his voice slightly different. He sounded darker when he spoke.

''You seem to be enjoying yourself.'' He said saracstic.

Orochimaru noticed the voice and stopped. He was still delirious from running for so long and was still in survivor mode, which explains his odd behaviour. "Who are you."Orochimaru approached the bars after using chakra to numb his leg. he appeared dishevilled and his hair was flying away in strands.
ooc: i apologise, the keyoards being an azerty not qwerty in terms of symbols... that was a question.

Sasuke kept up his calmest attitude yet and thought up a random name to use. The only thing one could see from the hood was his mouth, which was now in a small smirk.

''My name is Daisuke. Of what village is no importance for you if you wish to live. This place has been seeded with many traps, of which in your state can not be escaped from.'' Sasuke was bluffing that, but he had laid down a chain near a bush to make it look like the chain was a trigger for a trap.

Sasuke remembered the Uchiha symbol on the back of his cloak and neatly covered the symbol with the illusion of a raven instead, so now anyone would think it was a raven symbol.

"...I have no need to be trapped here... now then if you let me go, i'll be on my way."Orochimaru looked at the person intently. Orochimaru clenched something in his pocket. Just what... well... we'll find out later... He hid a smile under his hand and pretended to cough.

''And why would I do that? You could get away. I may not be in alliance with Konoha, but I can at least save them a few bounties.'' Sasuke's smirk turned to a Uchiha death smirk. That smirk was the only one that meant there was no hope. If looks could kill....you'd be dead in 1 second. Sasuke neatly dissmissed the cage back into the scroll he held. It was replaced by two hand cuffs which were made of chakra and held Orochimaru's wrists tightly.

Sasuke turned to Orochimaru. ''I'll save you this once, but you will have to come with me.'' He smiled calmly.

Orochimaru's smile faded. "i know that smirk... only uchiha's use it..."

As orochimaru followed sasuke he grew more suspicious of his captor. He had been confused before. Suddenly orochimaru collapsed and started clutching his leg. He hadn't healed his leg but numbed it so now the fracture was extremely painful.

Sasuke turned around fast to see the problem. He saw that Orochimaru's leg was bent weird. Sasuke sighed, trying to remember the medical jutsu he'd copied from Sakura's healing technique. Crouching down, he looked at the wound and sighed again.

''Meh....this should be easy.'' He concentrated as blue chakra came around his hand and he began to heal Orochimaru's broken leg. The place where the fracture was glowed as it recieved the medical attention and it healed fast enough as Sasuke concentrated. He pulled back his hand sharply as it finished and got up.

''You should be able to walk now. You may limp though since my medical is not as great as trained shinobi.'' He said in the same dark and monotone voice. He turned and started walking slower so Orochimaru could keep up.

Orochimaru limped after sasuke. " If I may ask, where do we seem to be going." Orochimaru seemed confused."and could you looses theses things a notch. they hurt like hell!" Orochimaru limped and attempted to rub his wrists... as the werew near bleeding. "Please loosen them..."

''Hn.'' Was the only response Sasuke gave as he made the hand cuffs loosen a little so there was no bleeding. Sasuke stared to the trees as the bark had been marked with arrows by kunai. Sasuke smirked as he had done that so he would know where to go. He looked up as he saw a white hawk fly through the sky.

Great....Team Hebi knows I have Orochimaru. Or at least Karen's pet hawk knows. Sasuke thought. He heard Orochimaru's question and looked to him with a uchiha smirk.

''You'll know soon enough.'' He replied before walking again.

"hm... oh well..."Orochimaru limped along with sasuke, every so often glancing at the hawk. Orochimaru had this..."thing" about hawks... he was deathly afraid...for hawks were a snakes worst enemy... "Excuse me? but why is that hawk following us?"

''The hawk is a free bird, it can go wherever it wants. It doesn't have to stay away.'' Sasuke said as he occasionally looked to it as well. Finally he saw the last arrow, marked in red for greater effect. All he had to do now was find the trap.

Suddenly, before anybody could think, the trap sprung and a chakra cage formed around Orochimaru, imprisoning him in a cage that could not be destroyed unless dissmissed. Sasuke stared at the cage with a smirk spreading as three more figures in cloaks arrived beside him. One cloaked figure had amber eyes glinting from under the hood, the other had strands of red hair from her hood and the third had silvery eyes that stared out.

Sasuke watched the hawk as it then landed on his shoulder. The bird has always landed on his shoulder.

The amber eyed figure blinked and looked to Orochimaru. There was a large sword on this figure's back, and it was owned by Zabuza, most likely stolen. He shuffled a little.

''Leader....Why'd you bring him? Isn't he evil?'' The figure asked.

Sasuke smirked and turned to the figure. ''That may be, but I haven't seen my sannin-sensei ever since I killed him. I figured I'd find out some info while he was on the run from Naruto-kage. Also.....I was wondering.....'' Sasuke smirked and removed his hood, the illusion canceling to show it was him. ''If he would remember his last vessel.''

Orochimaru's eyes widened and he backed into the bars. His back arched forward and he collapsed on the ground. He had a disturbing nightmare. He was walking through a field when the sky went black. Orochimaru looked around noticing the derk figure. His eyes opened revealing the sharingan. Orochimaru remembered his last vessel... or his last... attempted vessel. Sasuke's figure suddenly burst into a thousand ravens and dissapeared. Orochimaru woke. "S...Sasuke?"

''Of course Orochimaru. Is there anybody else who could defeat you? Besides Naruto and Sakura....'' Sasuke narrowed his eyes as the other members of team hebi removed their hoods silently behind him. Sasuke was calmer than usual, like he had this all planned out. The Uchiha looked to Suigetsu.

''Suigetsu and Juugo, prepare the base entrance. Karen, look for Naruto and Sakura and tell them everything is under control. I will escort Orochimaru to the base.'' Sasuke ordered as the team hebi members then followed suit and moved to their stations. Sasuke walked to Orochimaru and dissmissed the cage, knowing that the hand cuffs were still attached to the snake sannin to keep him from using any jutsu.

Sasuke's curse mark spinned slowly, as if it was having pleasure at Sasuke's plans. It was strange to see that the curse mark was still there when Itachi had taken it off. Who knew why it had returned. But Sasuke didn't seem to notice even as he pulled Orochimaru to his feet.

Orocimaru snarled. "Shi*..." Orochimaru had no choice but to follow sasuke. "You'll pay dearly..." Orochimaru smiled silently he had a plan... and he could execute it any time... He knew what to do well...

Sasuke paid no attention to Orochimaru as he walked on. He stared around as he was now going to the real base of operations. He could tell Orochimaru was planning something by the way the snake was grinning like that. He kept up his guard and turned on his sharingans so whatever it was, he could somehow block.

''......''

Suddenly orochimaru bit down on a capsule he had hidden in his mouth... he collapsed...
ooc: i can't post 2 lines 'cause i need to know... is it that we die in the whole forum or just the topic?

ooc: You are dead until somebody ressurects you....Good time to use Kabuto now lolz.

Sasuke turned around sharply and noticed Orochimaru collapse. He ran up and stared to the capsule. His eyes widened in total shock as he recognized it. He narrowed his eyes.

''Damn....''

If that's what I think it is....he's killed hiself....

Kabuto sensed that something was wrong... he had been walking just out of range of the group. He burst through the surrounding forest, coming into a flying kick right for sasuke's chest...

Sasuke however had sharingan and used it as soon as he detected Kabuto's presence. He realized that he wasn't able to dodge in time so he used substitution and appeared behind Kabuto instead. He narrowed his eyes.

''A basic move like that is sure to be expected.'' He hissed before backing from Kabuto. He smirked and suddenly through something in the air. A raven flew from his hand. It had a scroll. It flew away before anything could stop it. Sasuke smirked as he then drew out his kusanagi katana.

The bird meanwhile swerved around fast to Suigetsu and Juugo, who had finished opening the base. They opened the scroll.

''So Oro had some backup. Sweet! I wanna kill something today! Let's go Juugo!'' Suigetsu cried out in pleasure before dragging Juugo away from the base. They weren't here yet but they are coming.

Kabuto ducked down and leg swept sasuke.However, just before it hit, kabuto suddenly kicked up, towards sasuke's jaw. He smiled as he had infused the leg with chakra to make an especially potent and powerful hit.

Sasuke was hit and backed up so that would miss his jaw, but it still got his chest. He backed up and then coughed a little. The stupid hit had chakra infused in it! He scowled and then rushed at Kabuto. Just when it seemed he was about to hit Kabuto with his Katana, he appeared behind Kabuto and slashed the blade to Kabuto's back.

''Payback.'' He whispered as he slashed, infusing his chakra in the blade like Kabuto did.

Meanwhile Suigetsu caught Karen and all three were now moving. Juugo looked pained, trying to keep hiself from going nuts. Suigetsu was already hacking at branches with his stolen sword. Karen rolled her eyes and used her chakra to find Sasuke's location.

''Move it guys! Kabuto's in this fight....'' She narrowed her eyes.

"hn... Never trust a... medical nin..." The fake was bloody, but it was just that, a fake... it disappeared. meanwhile... sasuke should be feeling a kunai in his back... orochimaru got up... the fake was a distraction for kabuto to heal orochimaru!
